Our History
PACE Tech, formerly known as PACE or the Professional Academy for Culinary Education, was conceptualized on April 9, 2012 with a clear vision: to build an institution dedicated to culinary training and entrepreneurship in the east of Metro Manila. From its earliest days, PACE set out to make quality culinary education accessible to the communities of Rizal.
Over the years, the school earned its reputation as the premier culinary institution of the province—recognized for its strong training foundation, industry-aligned programs, and commitment to nurturing future culinary professionals. Even through the challenges of the global pandemic, PACE remained resilient. This period of transformation paved the way for its relaunch as PACE Technology and Arts, or PACE Tech, expanding its mission to embrace modern, tech-vocational education while staying rooted in culinary excellence.
Today, now proudly located in the heart of Antipolo City, PACE Tech continues to uphold its promise of being a practical, affordable, and credible institution. With a proven training model that adapts to evolving industry demands, the school remains steadfast in its purpose—empowering learners through globally relevant, modern, and accessible tech-voc education.
